REGISTRATION

We are seeking creative locals to display and sell their “goods”. Anything from agriculture, handmade crafts, vintage finds, art, jewelry, talent, to homemade  jams and jellies. Be sure to stake your plot.

Please read all of the information carefully before filling out your application.

  • Complete the form linked below. We ask for a non-refundable application fee of $20 and a non-refundable $85 vendor fee (upon application acceptance)
     

  • Application deadline to apply is Monday, June 15th.  
    Vendors will be notified by Wednesday, June 24th.

Accepted applicants:
 

  • Vendors must be directly involved in the design and production of work they exhibit at Farm Girl Fair.  Vendors must display their own work, not manufactured items or mass-produced items.  No direct sales/MLM Company vendors will be accepted. 
    Authentic vintage items are an exception.

     

  • Booths must be visually appealing and with signage/logo that reflects your business or the feel of Farm Girl Fair. There will be an award for the best booth
     

  • It is highly recommended that vendors selling food and or beverage items obtain a food handlers card
     

  • Vendors will be notified of their setup time by October 12th. Please be prepared to unload and move your vehicle in a timely fashion to avoid blocking other vendors from unloading
     

  • Vendors must have everything removed, leaving nothing behind by 7pm on the day of the fair.


 

  • Vendors must bring a generator or indicate that electricity is needed to run their booth.  If electricity is needed, vendor must provide their own outdoor, hardware grade extension cord.  Those needing electricity will be charged an additional $10 fee
     

  • The Oklahoma State Tax Commission requires all vendors to fill out a tax form the day of the fair (forms will be provided that day).  Tax forms and taxes due must be collected before leaving the fair.   Therefore checking out with Carol, Kim or Lindsi is absolutely necessary
     

  • Vendors will have the option to setup their tent the day prior to the fair. This is strongly recommended.

*Please note: Application acceptance is at the discretion of the Farm Girl Fair Vendor Committee. Distributor home based businesses will not be accepted.


*In the event of inclement weather and the fair must be cancelled we will make every attempt to reschedule the fair.  If a reschedule is not possible, booth fees will be donated to the chosen beneficiary. Selected participants will receive notoriety on our website (including your website if you have one), a Farm Girl Fair t-shirt, and a 10′ by 10′ plot to set up.  Further information will be given once your application has been accepted.  Thanks y’all!
